Kitchen: This unit has a beautiful new fully outfitted kitchen with ceramic top cooktop, granite countertops with under cabinet lighting; Thomasville maple cabinets with a trash can drawer by the sink and lazy susan cabinet for pots and pans. Filled with decorator touches including the handpainted backsplash and the grasscloth uplighted celing. This unit is stocked with 8 Palm tree Ceramic place settings and 8 Oneida plastic Flamingo place settings complete with plastic flamingo stemmed cups. Plenty of serving pieces for entertaining!

Living Room: Features Queen-sized (very comfortable) sofa sleeper, love seat, 28” TV, DVD. The wall of mirrors reflect the beautiful view of the gulf. See it all just sitting in the unit! Features light blocking drapes to keep unit cool while you're gone or sleeping in.

Dining Room: 6 elegant fabric covered Chippendale chairs with glass top table; 4 bar stools at the granite counter bar.

Master Bedroom: King sized Mahogany sleigh bed, 25” color TV. What a view from the bedroom. I love the painted Armoir and dresser which sets the Tropical Mood! Cherry cabinet sink with granite counter top off the bedroom; next to the mirrored closet.

Bath: Tub/shower and toilet behind door from sink/closet nook.

Guest Room: Features 2 twin beds. This room is at the front of the unit also with a view of the West end of the Island (uninhabited), the Gulf and Santa Rosa Sound! This has more of a casual feel with the ocean blue color and whimscal wall decor completed by the lifegaurd stand lamp. It contains a beatiful armoire with TV. Plantation shutters cover the window. This bedroom features a mirrored closet with drawers.

Guest bathroom: Tub/Shower Unit with toiletand Sink. White furniture cabinet with marbled countertops.

Balcony: Features two bar height tables with 2 chairs at each table. The higher tables are perfect for sitting and enjoying the view without the obstruction of the railings. Storage closet contains gear for beach adventures and hooks for drying beach towels.
